Ensure your subscription and billing details are accurate to facilitate a smooth billing processes. If you purchased GOGET through a Channel Partner, they will manage your subscription on your behalf.

Add billing information
- Go to "Organization Settings -> Billing" in the main menu and select the tab "Billing Info".
- Press "Edit" button.
- Update your billing information in the widget. Make sure to include your country and VAT registration number to ensure correct tax calculation (required for EU-based companies.)
Add payment method
- Go to "Organization Settings -> Billing" in the main menu and select the tab "Payment Method".
- We offer payment either by credit card, or bank wire transfer.
- For credit card payments press the "Add" button and follow the instructions in the secure payment form.
- For bank wire payment fill out the form which is sent to GOGET sales. Please note that This option is available only for Business and Pro plans.
Manage your subscription
- Go to "Organization Settings -> Billing" in the main menu, and select the tab "Subscriptions".
- We offer three plans: Basic/Business/Pro, press the "Compare plans" button for a detailed breakdown.
- To adjust your subscription press the "Edit" button which opens a widget.
- To change your current plan, click "Change" next to your existing plan’s name.
- Add additional subscription items (rooms/desks/users etc) by pressing the + / – buttons.
- Add new subscription items with the "Add Addons" button.
- Before finalizing, double-check that all billing details are correct, then click "Update Subscription" button.
