The GOGET WorkPoint app lets you access workspace and meeting room booking directly from Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Outlook, using the same features as the GOGET Web Reservation Portal.
To use the app, it must first be added by your organization’s IT administrator to Microsoft 365. If the app has not been deployed to your organization, it will not appear in Teams or Outlook and cannot be added by individual users.
If you cannot find GOGET WorkPoint following the steps in this article, contact your IT administrator to confirm that the app has been deployed for your organization.

Make GOGET WorkPoint visible in Microsoft Teams
Option 1: Find the app in Teams
- Open Microsoft Teams and in the left-hand menu, select Apps
- Search for GOGET WorkPoint
- Select the app to open it
Option 2: Pin the app for quick access (recommended)
Pinning the app makes it always visible in your Teams app bar.
- Open Microsoft Teams and select Apps and search for GOGET WorkPoint
- Right-click the app
- Select Pin
The GOGET WorkPoint icon will now appear in the left-hand app bar. Note! If you don’t see the Pin option, your organization may control app pinning centrally.
Make GOGET WorkPoint visible in Microsoft Outlook
The GOGET WorkPoint app can also be accessed from Outlook, giving you quick access to the Web Reservation Dashboard.
Outlook on the web or New Outlook
- Open Outlook and look for the Apps (or More apps) icon in the sidebar
- Search for GOGET WorkPoint
- Select the app to open it
- (Optional) Pin the app so it stays visible
