After reserving a meeting room either in the mobile app or web dashboard it's not listed in "My reservations".
How to resolve:
In order for meeting room reservations to be listed you need to link your personal calendar to the mobile app or web dashboard. See this article for instructions: Setup the Web Reservation Dashboard
