How to resolve:
- Go to https://testconnectivity.microsoft.com.
- Select Office Exchange Server in the "Connectivity tests" menu.
- Click “Service Account Access (Developers)”.
- Fill in your Exchange account information.
- Note 1.”Service Account Username” can be either the domain\user format or the UPN (user@contoso.com) format.
- Note 2. “Target mailbox email address” and “Service Account User Name” can be identical.
- Make sure “Use Autodiscover to detect server settings” is selected.
- Verify your identity then click “Perform Test”.
- Click “Expand All”.
- Press Ctrl+F in the browser window.
- Search for “EwsUrl”
- The EWS will most likely be in the form of: https://mail.company.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
