Solutions to the most common issues related to Google Workspace integrations.

Issue: Error message "internal error occurred" during the integration process
When the integration wizard in the GOGET admin dashboard reaches the last step there is an error message "internal error occurred".
How to resolve:

Make sure that ALL Google account sessions are logged out. Do this by accessing https://myaccount.google.com/ and in the top right, select your profile picture or initial and thereafter select "Sign out of all accounts".
- Log out from the GOGET admin dashboard and then login again.
- Go to "Manage -> Calendars" and then press "Add integration" to redo the process.
Issue: Error message “Looks like you haven't added any calendar emails yet!”, or all room resources are not listed in the GOGET Dashboard
After successfully adding the integration no calendars are listed in the GOGET admin dashboard and an error message is shown.
How to resolve:
- Log in to Google Calendar https://calendar.google.com/ as the Service Account user.
- Press the “+” icon under “Other calendars” and select "Browse resources".
- Checkmark the room resource calendars which should be synced with GOGET.
- Please allow for up to 30 mins for changes to take effect.
Issue: Service account can't see room calendars in the "Browse resources" list in Google Calendar
When logged in as the service account and trying to add room resource calendars under "Other calendars", none are listed in the "Browse resources" list.
How to resolve:
- Make sure that an admin account has set permission "Make changes to events" for the service account to the room resource calendars. See this article for further instructions.
Error: "Access blocked: Authorization Error" message when adding integration
When encountering the error message "Error 400: admin_policy_enforced" while integrating a calendar with the Service Account, it indicates that the Google Workspace admin has restricted regular users from adding third-party apps that haven't been configured.
How to resolve:
- Log in to the Google Workspace admin console as an admin.
- Navigate to "Security -> API Controls -> App Access Control".
- Click "Add app", then choose "OAuth App Name Or Client ID".
- To obtain the correct client ID, submit a support ticket to Goget.
- Follow the provided instructions to manually authorize the GOGET app.
- After completing these steps, attempt to add the integration again through the GOGET web admin Dashboard.
