Guide for finding and reserving rooms in the Mobile Booking App.
This article covers:
Find & reserve rooms
- Select "Room" button under "Make a reservation" section.
- Set the conditions for finding an available room and press "Next".
- When - select date.
- From - start time.
- For/until - set duration or end time.
- Subject - meeting title.
- Tags - search for rooms with specific tags.
- Capabilities - filter on specific equipment or number of seats.
- Add people - invite meeting participants. Manually type the email to add users outside your organization.
- In the search result list press "Edit" under "All locations" to change the location for the search.
- Press the "Save as my default location" switch to store as your default location for searches.
- Press the "Save as my default location" switch to store as your default location for searches.
- In the search result select the room you want to book and press the "Reserve" button, or the three vertical dots
to see the room on a floor map.

Check you reservations
- Press the calendar icon in the bottom menu.
- Your current reservations for room are listed.

- Press the reservation you want to adjust:
- Modify reservation - extend the time duration.
- Open on map - see the room on a floor map.
- Delete reservation - delete the meeting.
