Link personal calendar
When linking your personal calendar, reservations for meeting rooms are automatically added to your personal calendar which means that they will appear in any other calendar software such as Outlook or Google Calendar.
- Press the user icon in the bottom menu. Select "Link personal calendar"and then select your organizations calendar provider and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Contact your organizations admin if you encounter issues during the process.
Set your default location
- Press the user icon in the bottom menu. Select "My default location" and then select your preferred default location when searching for available rooms & desks.
