Meeting room hardware
Our GOGET One meeting room display is co-developed with our room display software to ensure perfect functionality and a quick and easy installation. GOGET One supports both PoE and Wi-Fi and is equipped with LED indicators that clearly show the room's availability status from a distance. It's delivered with a mounting kit for easy installation on all kinds of surfaces, including glass.
We ship international orders via UPS, using Incoterms CPT. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email. Normal delivery time is 1-2 weeks from order.
Floor plan map
An interactive floor plan provides users with an instant overview of the availability status of all rooms and desks in the office, enabling them to book directly from the map. For the optimal experience and functionality, let our designers create a customized map of your office tailored to our solution's format and design requirements.
Floor plans are charged per floor plan, and the creation process follows these steps:
- Once an order is placed, GOGET will reach out to get a basic drawing of the intended floor plan.
- Ensure that the sketch includes all relevant details.
- Within five working days, GOGET will return with a draft suggestion for the floor plan design. This draft will be based on our template design to ensure a professional appearance, incorporating proven UI components, points of interest, and automatic light and dark mode adjustments across products.
- The customer provides feedback on any final adjustments needed for the draft artwork.
- Upon receiving feedback, GOGET will deliver the final artwork within five working days.
How to order
To purchase a meeting room hardware or floor plan maps, select "Organizational settings" in the left-hand tool bar, then "Billing" and click the tab "Subscriptions".
Next, click the "Buy" button for the item you wish to order. During the checkout process, ensure you select the desired quantity. If your company is based in the EU, remember to add a valid VAT number to qualify for VAT exemption.
