We offer 3x plans carefully adjusted to cater to a wide range of clients. To manage your subscriptions follow the instructions below:
Manage your subscription
- Go to"Organization Settings -> Billing" in the main menu and select the tab "Subscriptions".
- We offer 3x plans: Basic/Business/Pro, press the "Compare plans" button to get more details.
- For each subscription plan there are a number of subscription addons:
- Rooms - a licensed room. Needed to assign meeting room display(s) to the room.
- Desks - a licensed bookable desk.
- Users - a licensed user which can use the mobile app and web reservation dashboard.
- Wayfinders - a licensed wayfinder display.
- To adjust your subscription press the "Edit" button which opens a management widget.
- Switch plan by pressing the "Change" link next to the name of your current plan. Please note, changing plans requires re-adding all subscription items.
- Add additional subscription items (rooms/desks/users etc) by pressing the quantity buttons.
- Add new subscription items with the "Add Addons" button.
- Make sure your billing information is correct before pressing the "Update Subscription" button.
