How to use the Workspace Hub

Go to "Reserve -> Workspace Hub" in the main menu.

Click "Select calendars" to browse your organization's bookable resources.
- Book a desk/room – Click the "+" button on an available desk or room to make a reservation.
- Mark favorites – Click the ⭐ icon to pin frequently used spaces.
- Edit your bookings – Modify or cancel your reservations when needed.
- Select a different date – Use the date selector to view availability up to 7 days ahead.
Key features (all users)
- View and manage reservations
- Get an overview of all reservations for desks and meeting rooms in your workspace.
- See details such as tags and locations for each desk or room.
- View existing reservations made by other users.
- Mark favorites for quick access
- Click the ⭐ icon to mark your most frequently used desks or rooms as favorites.
- Your favorite desks and rooms will always load first for quick and easy access.
- Book a desk or room
- Click the "+" button on the respective desk/room card to create a new booking.
- Edit your own reservations
- Modify or cancel your own reservations directly from the hub by pressing the three vertical dots
for the reservation.

- Choose a specific date
- View and manage reservations for any day within the next 7 days.
- Use the date selector to switch between different days and plan ahead.
Additional features for Coordinators
Users with Coordinator permissions have enhanced capabilities in the Workspace Hub to manage reservations more efficiently for all colleagues.
- Manage colleagues reservations
- Effortlessly create, modify, or cancel bookings to accommodate your and your colleagues evolving needs.
- Ensure workspace availability by adjusting reservations when necessary.
- Book on behalf of colleagues
- Reserve spaces on behalf of other colleagues.
- Optionally an email notification can be sent to the colleague for which the reservation is done.
- Ensure that all necessary team members have access to the workspace they need for collaboration.
With these additional permissions, Coordinators can ensure smooth workspace management and help their teams maintain an organized and efficient work environment.
