Guide for finding and reserving rooms in the Web Dashboard.

Find & reserve rooms
- Go to admin.gogetcorp.com and login with your GOGET account.
- Go to"Reserve -> Find & Reserve" in the main menu.
- Click "Room" button.
- Set the conditions for finding an available room and press "Search"
- When - select date.
- From/until - time duration.
- Subject - the meeting title.
- Add online meeting - automatically add link to online meeting (Teams or Google Meet).
- Tags - search for rooms with specific tags.
- Capabilities - find specific equipment or number of seats.
- Location - filter on a specific location
- Add people - invite meeting. participants. Manually type the email to add users outside your organization.
- In the search result list either press "Reserve" to make a reservation, or the three vertical dots and option "Open on map" to see the room on a floor map.

Check you reservations
- Go to"Reserve -> My reservations" in the main menu.
- See your list of reservations.

- Press the three vertical dots
to adjust your reservation:
- Check-out reservation - end the meeting now.
- Modify reservation - extend the time duration.
- Open on map - see the room on a floor map.
