Renew and/or upgrade your license by following these steps:
Preparations: Check software version
- Verify that you have an installed copy of the software version that corresponds to the license type you intend to renew/upgrade to. (eg. Room Display 6 license -> requires Room Display 6 software).
- If you need to change software version: uninstall your current software on the device, eg uninstall Room Display 5.
- Download and install the software you have upgraded to. From device’s web browser ->Download section
- Pair your device by logging in with your Room Display Center account.
Step 1: Buy a renewal/upgrade voucher
- Contact your reseller or sales@gogetcorp.com to receive a quote for renewal and/or upgrade of your existing license.
- Pay for the renewal/upgrade voucher.
Step 2: Renew/upgrade your license in Room Display Center
- Sign in to https://www.roomdisplaycenter.com with your account details.
- Click “License Voucher -> My Vouchers”.
- Click “Click to Renew” and follow the guide. Note! Check extra carefully which licenses you select to be renewed/upgraded since this action cannot be undone!
Step 3: Pair your device/Push new settings to your device
- If your unit is not paired/connected already, you need to pair your device by signing in (on the device) with your Room Display Center credentials. Select room->upgrade should be complete.
- Renewing an already connected device: In Room Display Center, click the left menu option “Units” and then select the product you renewed. Proceed with steps 3-4 below.
- Click the cloud shaped button “Send settings to units” for each device, which will push the new license expire value to your device.
- Make sure the value for “Settings Version (Unit/Online):” are identical. If not, see this FAQ.
