For devices running Android OS 10 or newer unexpected log outs can be caused by the randomized MAC address option which is enabled by default. Follow these steps to disable it:
- Open the Android OS settings app
- Press Network & Internet
- Press the gear icon associated with the Wi-Fi connection used
- Press Advanced
- Press Privacy
- Press “Use device MAC”
- Login with your Room Display Center account details in the Goget app
- Select your unit from the list
- The device is now reconnected to the license
