Sometimes the connection between Room Display Center (RDC) and your unit is not working as expected. There are sadly some limitations to this workflow for some settings in your local Firewall. The unit will still work however settings needs to be manually pulled from RDC when they have been updated. This how you do this:
- Go to General Settings -> Room Display Center in the app
- Press Reload
- Room Display/Room Finder/Booking Kiosk Pro will now pull your updated settings and restart
Firewall rules
If your organization have a firewall which restricts traffic to or from the Internet, you need to configure it to allow connectivity with Pyshy.me in order for your Android devices to receive updated settings versions from Room Display Center.
Pushy uses MQQT as service protocol and for this you need to enable communication through ports 80, 443 and 1883 to host pushy.me.
