If your organization has a firewall which limits traffic to the Internet, you need to configure it to allow connectivity with different services in order for your Android devices to receive updated settings versions from Room Display Center and send mails from the device.
Firewall rules needed:
- Outgoing
- 1883 -> mqtt.pushy.me
- 443 -> *.pushy.me
- 443 -> *.pushy.io
- 443 -> www.roomdisplaycenter.com (fetching settings, keys etc)
- 587 -> smtp.office365.com (debug mail, reporting amenities) – This is not needed if you use a custom SMTP
- Calendar source
- Office 365: 443 -> outlook.office365.com
- Exchange: 443 -> your local exchange server
- Google Calendar: 443 -> www.googleapis.com
- NTP Time
- UDP 123: time1.google.com
- Incoming
- There are no services with incoming connections
Note: Please notice the * character which indicates a wildcard subdomain whitelist, and the two separate domains pushy.me and pushy.io.
