Understand the main screen
The main view provides an overview for the current room status.
- Next field - shows the next, or in the case of an ongoing meeting, the current meeting for the room.
- Plus icon - quickly add a reservation on the spot.
- Room information - shows the rooms equipment, number of seats and QR code (if activated).

Swipe left on the main screen to open the full calendar layout
In the calendar view you can:
- Switch which rooms calendar to show (in this example "Demo Room" is shown).
- Change between day/weekly view.
- Open either the Map or Nearby rooms view.
- Swipe to show the next weeks meetings.
- Add/edit meetings.
Find an available room quickly
Swipe right on the main screen to open the nearby rooms view.
In the nearby rooms view you can:
- Filter on room capacity and equipment.
- Press to see calendar/make reservations for other rooms.
See full floor plan map
Press the three horizontal lines + "Map view" button.
In the map view you can:
- See desks/rooms on a floor map.
- Filter to show only available rooms/desk.
- Reserve available rooms.
- Scan a QR code with the Mobile app to reserve desks.
