Integrate with your organization's calendar provider in order to seamlessly sync meetings between meeting room displays and your Google/Exchange room resource calendars.

Select your calendar provider
Click the calendar system used by your organization.
Integrate & manage Microsoft 365
Step 1. Configure your Microsoft 365 environment
- Configure your Microsoft 365 environment by following this guide: Guide: configure Microsoft 365
Step 2. Add integration
- Go to "Manage -> Calendars" in the main menu.
- Press "Add integration" to open the integration wizard.
- Select the "Microsoft 365 + Teams" option.
- Press "Sign in with Microsoft".
- Log in with the service account user created in earlier step. If you don't have a user see this guide.
- Review the permissions requested by GOGET platform to sync with the room resource calendars and press "Accept". Note that the integration uses Delegated permissions which means that only resources specifically granted permission to are accessible.
- Once the integration is added, click on the name in the list view. If you experience issues, see this article: Troubleshooting: Microsoft 365 integration
- When Microsoft 365 is correctly configured all room resource calendars are listed in the view and integration is done!
Step 3. Manage the integration
- To re-sync the room resource calendars, press the "Sync" icon. If not all resources are listed, see this help article: Troubleshooting: Microsoft 365 integration
- To delete the integration press the trash bin icon beneath the integration name.
Integrate & manage Exchange Server 2013/2016/2019
Step 1. Configure your Exchange environment
- Configure your Exchange environment by following this guide: Guide: configure Exchange 2013/2016/2019
Step 2. Add integration
- Go to "Manage -> Calendars" in the main menu.
- Press "Add integration" to open the integration wizard.
- Select the "Exchange EWS" option.
- Enter your Exchange details in the fields:
- Name: Display name for the calendar connection. Note! Only used in Goget system, so does not have to correspond to the name in Exchange.
- Exchange EWS URL: For on-premise Exchange servers the communication is by EWS (Exchange Web Services) protocol which is supported by all Exchange servers from version 2007 and newer.
Enter the EWS URL for your Exchange server in order for Room Display to connect. It must be the full URL, for example: https://mail.company.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx
Don't know your EWS URL?
-Go to: www.gogetcorp.com and check the FAQ “Determining the Exchange Web Services (EWS) URL”.Common error is using the Outlook Web Access URL:s that contains: /OWA/ (instead of /EWS/). This will not work.
- Service account username: Service Account is an account in Exchange with its own mailbox and FullAccess permission to the Room Resources. It is used by Goget to access booking information in your Room Resources.
- Service account password: Enter the Service account password.

- Once the integration is added, click on the name in the list view.
- The integration is now finished! For adjustments of the configuration see "Settings" tab.
Step 3. Manage the integration
- Press the "Settings" tab to configure the integration settings. For additional information press the help

- To delete the integration press the trash bin icon beneath the integration name.
Integrate & manage Google Workspace
Step 1. Configure your Google Workspace environment
- Configure your Google Workspace environment by following this guide: Guide: configure Google Workspace
Step 2. Add integration
- Go to "Manage -> Calendars" in the main menu.
- Press "Add integration" to open the integration wizard.
- Select the "Google Workspace" option.
- Log in with your service account.
- Review the permissions requested by GOGET platform to sync with the room resource calendars and press "Accept". Note that the integration can only access resources which the service account has been specifically granted permission to.
